We never charge a client unless we are successful
There are no initial consultation fees and we front all investigation and litigation costs. If we lose,
which we don't like to do, we absorb all costs and fees. If we win at trial, we typically ask the court to order the defendants
to pay our legal fees.
A written retainer contract is required for each case we accept and spells out exactly how all costs and
fees are split if we are successful.
Simply put, you will never be any worse off as a result of retaining our firm.
